About the Opportunity:

Mollie Stone's Markets, a distinguished grocery retailer in the San Francisco Bay area, has been committed to excellence in service since its inception. We are currently in search of a Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the Grocery Department, Front End, and Load Crew operations
  • Meet operational objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Facilitate staff training and development to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to company policies and operational regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background and credit verification required

Essential Skills:

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
