About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team at Wrigley Rooftops. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, including the entrance, lobby, and work areas.
  • Manage a line of guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Communicate effectively with building supervisors, operations management, and security teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist colleagues as needed to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to ensure the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently check guests into the building while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a host or door person.
  • Clean and presentable appearance.
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification.
