Job Summary


Position Overview:
Wright Step Counseling and Recovery, LLC is seeking a skilled clinician to provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services to children, adults, couples, and/or families. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, trauma-informed environment that prioritizes individualized care and support.


Key Responsibilities:
* Provide child, adult, family, and/or couples therapy services, utilizing evidence-based interventions and models.
* Develop and maintain accurate, timely records and documentation, adhering to audit requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with outside agencies, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
* Participate in weekly supervision meetings, as required, to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
* Stay up-to-date with current information and developments in the field, completing CEU's and annual ethical trainings.


Requirements:
* Master's degree or Doctorate degree from an accredited school of Social Work or other graduate program in Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling.
* Licensed Clinician with the state of Idaho, registered with the Board of Idaho as an LMSW or LCSW or MFT, LPC, LCPC, or similar license eligible in Idaho.
* Experience working in an outpatient setting is desired.
* Valid Driver's license and ability to maintain a professional, safe driving record.


Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of child/adolescent development, child abuse and substance abuse issues, legal/ethical issues, and mandated reporting responsibilities.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers, as well as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV).
* Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
