About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide exceptional patient experiences and build a positive, supportive culture. You will work closely with our Behavioral Health team to deliver skilled, compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
  • Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification and a license in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
