Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Healthcare Technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage R&D Software Engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions for the Healthcare industry.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards through thorough testing and validation processes.
  • Manage project resources, including budget and technical resource allocation, to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical background, with experience working closely with Software Engineering teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
