This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from inception to completion. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Review and analyze project specifications, architectural plans, and blueprints to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including quality control, safety, and communication with project stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce site safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status and any potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent, Mission Critical Superintendent, Data Center Superintendent, or in a similar role within ground up construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex construction projects, preferably in the data center environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in construction safety or related field is a plus.
