POSITION SUMMARY

The Culinary Specialist is tasked with preparing all food orders efficiently and in accordance with guest requests and Ruby Tuesday recipes. This role involves collaboration with the service team and the expo to ensure that food orders align with guest expectations. You will master the highest standards of food preparation and presentation through various cooking methods, including grilling, deep frying, baking, broiling, and steaming. Additional responsibilities encompass the setup, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after each shift.
