Key Performance Indicators:
  • Employee Training: Trains employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Work Planning and Assignment: Plans, assigns, and directs work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Performance Appraisal: Appraises employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Rewards and Disciplinary Actions: Rewards and disciplines employees as necessary to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolves employee complaints and problems in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Business or Engineering degree or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 10+ years related experience or supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Manufacturing Background: Manufacturing background in plastics preferred.
