2. Utilize appropriate machinery to strip floors effectively.
3. Apply wax and buff floors to enhance their shine and durability.
4. Use sealants on floors to protect surfaces and extend their lifespan.
5. Conduct deep cleaning of painted floors with suitable chemicals and degreasers.
6. Maintain cleanliness in buildings by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning various surfaces.
7. Gather and dispose of trash to uphold a tidy environment.
8. Move heavy equipment and furniture as required.
9. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in floor care.
