**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough property, general liability and auto inspections to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Prepare detailed reports for insurance underwriting purposes, highlighting areas of concern and recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored loss control solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in loss control and risk management.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance loss control or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property and casualty lines, including property, general liability, auto and workers compensation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within a reasonable territory, approximately 60 miles.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, OHST, ALCM and/or ARM are preferred but not required.
