Job Summary

Queen's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate clinical care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing patient care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare providers to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
  • Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse
  • Current certification at BLS/HCP level
  • Additional certifications may be required based on area of assignment
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to body fluids, blood products, and communicable diseases. The work environment may be highly stressful, fast-paced, and hectic.
