Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects ensuring client data integrity
- Assist with reception, scheduling, and office management duties
- Conduct financial planning and research
- Prepare written reviews with investment information for client meetings
- Prepare documents for client signature
- Gain exposure to financial planning software
- Data management of signed client forms
- Scanning, filing, and shredding of sensitive client documents
- Participate in training activities
- Special projects as required by team needs
Requirements:
- Progress toward B.S. Business, Finance, or Accounting degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in-office, this is an on-site in-person position
Additional Information:
- Compensation is $20.00 per hour
- This is a non-exempt, in-office position
