Job Summary

The Enterprise Data & Analytics Analyst is a critical role within the Enterprise Data Team at Raymond James Financial Services. As a key player in developing Data Integration solutions, this position will support the growth of a leading Wealth Management Platform.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.

- Gather and interpret information from multiple sources, including databases and interviews.

- Resolve complex analytical challenges and make recommendations based on analysis.

- Provide support for application development teams, including documenting business processes.

- Build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Incorporate needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives into project specifications.

- Translate technical concepts to a business audience and business information to a technical audience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field and five years of relevant experience.

- Minimum three years of experience in the Wealth Management domain.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong understanding of project management concepts, application development methodologies, and risk management practices.

- Experience with financial services, Equities, or Investment Banking is preferred.

- Strong business analysis, data analysis, and project management skills are required.

- Knowledge of SQL and product management experience are desired.

Location:

The position is based out of our headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. Other locations may be considered with travel requirements assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Job Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a standard day shift schedule. Travel is not expected, but may be required for training or meetings as needed.

Organization:

This role is part of the Technology organization at Raymond James Financial Services. The Technology organization is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, applications, and data systems.
