Job Description

This role oversees end-to-end payroll processing, including union reporting, payroll updates, addressing employee and union inquiries, and serving as the primary liaison for union representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinating with union representatives to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees and union representatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • One year of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Union payroll and collective bargaining experience, as well as multi-state payroll knowledge
  • Proficiency in UKG, Vista, and/or Workforce Mgmt. Ready software
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and market data.
