  • Counsel Members on Products and Services: Provide expert guidance to members on Navy Federal's products and services, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of federal and other regulations related to financial products and services, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform Platform Banking Functions: Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision, including cash handling and vault procedures.
  • Assist Team Members: Provide training and support to lower-level team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and team members.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional service to members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Member Service: Possess experience in member service, preferably in a call center, retail banking, or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union Operations: Have knowledge of credit union operations and procedures, with a strong understanding of Navy Federal's products and services.
