As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts, ensuring they are not left in parking areas and are available for customer use.
• Assist customers with loading groceries into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the parking lot, store vestibule, and front-end area.
• Respond to intercom pages and assist cashiers as needed.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, washing, and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control as needed.
• Notify management of any safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
