Role Responsibilities
The Laboratory Supervisor will operate under the guidance of the Laboratory Medical Director and Lab Manager, concentrating on designated areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and managing the assigned laboratory section in alignment with the laboratory's objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance, safety, and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrating integrity, motivation, and teamwork while maintaining excellent communication skills.
- Establishing and upholding efficient, accurate systems for laboratory testing administration and processing.
