Position Overview

The Facilities Operations Supervisor will oversee the administrative and daily operational functions of designated facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining the site in optimal condition at all times. The supervisor will lead a team comprising maintenance personnel, service staff, housekeeping, and kitchen employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility meets health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and service teams.
  • Manage the daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
  • A clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required, with the ability to present the MVR report during the interview.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations regarding Health and Sanitation and Fire Inspections.
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential.
