About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Emergency Department, you will provide exceptional patient care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document both objective and subjective patient data.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and communicate findings to the RN or authorized healthcare provider.
  • Implement nursing care plans as directed by the RN.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to care and treatments.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans and health information.
  • Participate in the orientation of new staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Current Ohio LPN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
