Position Overview: Outdoor Residential Youth Counselor

Location: Floral City, Florida

Role Responsibilities:

  • Offer daily hygiene supervision and therapeutic assistance to girls aged 12 to 17.
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions and lead engaging outdoor activities such as canoeing, backpacking, and ropes courses.

Benefits Offered:

Compensation Package: Up to $38,000, inclusive of base salary and room/board

Key Duties:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Ability to work a 24-hour, five-day workweek.
  • Proven crisis management and team-building capabilities.
  • Physically fit for outdoor activities and capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Must pass a drug screening.
