The Assistant ESOP Administrator will gain comprehensive knowledge in ESOP retirement plan management, including recordkeeping, compliance assessments, distributions, and regulatory reporting.

As ESOP Partners continues to grow rapidly, the responsibilities of the Assistant ESOP Administrator will evolve, encompassing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant ESOP Administrator will:

  • Manage individual production outcomes while contributing to the team's seasonal objectives.
  • Perform census data reconciliation.
  • Assess employee eligibility based on plan documentation.
  • Document basic trust activities for the ESOP.
  • Prepare control lists and related documents for statement mailings.
  • Track and document distributions, ensuring accurate entry into proprietary software.
  • Follow up on payment processing files.
  • Prepare 1099R and 945 forms for ESOP clients.
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to enhance ESOP knowledge and skills.

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or benefits management, with a preference for recent ESOP administration experience.

Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
