Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in performing invasive procedures, including catheterization and angiography.
  • Operate specialized equipment to demonstrate catheter location and position, and document findings.
  • Perform pre-procedural patient care activities, including preparing patients for procedures and ensuring their safety during the procedure.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
  • ARRT-R certification required.
  • Certification/Registration/Licensure as required by the State for a radiologic technologist.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, or equivalent required.
