About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in performing invasive procedures, including catheterization and angiography.
  • Operate specialized equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to aid in diagnostic imaging.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering contrast injections and flushing catheters.
  • Monitor and record patient data, including vital signs and procedure outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent experience.
  • ARRT-R certification required.
  • Current BLS and ALCS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or equivalent.
  • NIHSS course completion within 6 months of hire.
