THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for you

As a Security Product Specialist, you will be essential in maintaining the security and integrity of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, design and implement effective security measures, and promote security best practices across the organization. This role presents a unique chance to significantly impact by protecting our products from emerging cyber threats, ultimately benefiting our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Join a cutting-edge security engineering team that supports the agile development of secure and reliable applications and products.
  • Integrate security within product development teams to establish and enforce security requirements and best practices in product designs and architectures.
  • Conduct comprehensive security evaluations, including penetration testing, code assessments, and threat modeling, to identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to create metrics that demonstrate security effectiveness across product teams.
  • Ensure that processes related to key systems are documented, maintained, and archived appropriately.
  • Work alongside development and operations teams to establish standards for product security.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
What we seek in our next team member

  • Experience in product security engineering, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, and web application firewalls.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, security architecture, and secure development methodologies.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, code reviews, and threat modeling.
  • Understanding of industry-standard security frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence in a highly distributed environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
