About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team.

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hour (dependent on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Assembler will:

  • Prepare materials for assembly line production by interpreting provided tickets to identify necessary components; gather materials from stock using various equipment.
  • Assemble a range of millwork products, including door units and window assemblies, based on customer orders.
  • Make necessary adjustments; operate machinery to modify products; prepare items for shipment by applying necessary packaging.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met.
  • Repair or disassemble defective products for resale or restocking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area, ensuring proper storage of materials and tools.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
  • Be willing to cross-train for various stations along the assembly line.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and saws.
  • Capability to frequently lift and/or move heavy items.
