Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hospital Chief Executive Officer to lead our hospital operations and drive strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a compassionate environment that thrives, and will be supported by a company that values and supports its executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hospital growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage hospital operations, including clinical and administrative functions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and market analyses
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) years' experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations
  • Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience, as applicable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand concepts and integrate them into plans of action
  • Ability to concentrate and focus attention for long periods
