Job Description

General Overview:

  • This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project timelines, working collaboratively with project teams to ensure the overall project schedule aligns with business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will provide status updates on assigned projects, incorporating design, submittal management, procurement, preconstruction, detailed construction & commissioning to deliver a leading scheduling program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Client Executive and pursuit team in project pursuits, generating client & A/E relationships.
  2. Play a key role in the preconstruction effort through to GMP, working collectively with Preconstruction Managers, Director of Estimating, and Director of Purchasing.
  3. Maintain client and A/E relationships throughout the project cycle and beyond, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Build Work:

  • As part of an integrated team with Project Managers and Superintendents, the Schedule Manager will build, manage, and execute project schedules and project financial information cost loading as required within the project.
  • Critical path identification, changes, and project impacts in the schedule will be reviewed and modified based on prevailing conditions, consulting with project leadership to develop workarounds and problem solve.
  • Scheduling data will be managed and controlled through project management software (e.g. Primavera, P6, Synchro).

Reports To:

  • Sr. Project Schedule Manager
  • Work collectively with Sr. Vice President of Construction, Sr. Vice President of Operations, and the project teams to achieve company goals.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
