Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Maintain precise client records to provide daily support and address intermediate-level inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. Foster strong business relationships with relevant insurance carrier representatives. Understand and meet carrier objectives to strengthen business partnerships.
- Account Management: Keep files organized according to company standards. Adhere to company protocols to ensure positive audit outcomes. Verify the accuracy of account details for new and renewal policies per client requests, process change requests, and conduct endorsement checks. Ensure proper exposure for policy rating, complete coverage assessments, and gap analyses, and accurately manage agency bill transactions. Review all accounts receivable and policy cancellation notifications in accordance with Agency guidelines, ensuring timely processing. Monitor renewal premium increases for remarketing aligned with the agency's retention strategies. Secure necessary documentation for retention, including signed applications, replacement cost estimates, coverage rejections, and order confirmations.
- Insurance Knowledge: Utilize technical expertise to ensure timely receipt of carrier quotes; review quotes for discrepancies and assist with carrier inquiries. Participate in training and pursue self-directed learning to enhance industry and technical knowledge.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
- Property and Casualty License required.
- Familiarity with available personal lines coverages based on business and industry.
- Proficient in delivering client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Agency Management software or quick to learn new systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation tools.
