We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team in Bloomington, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Maintenance of accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Development and implementation of procedures to improve shipping, receiving, and inventory management efficiency.
  • Analysis of inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Compliance with safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations.
  • Support in preparation of logistics reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving.
