International Transportation Coordinator

Acting as Global Supply Chain Manager
This global supply chain manager will be part of ACT1 Federal's team supporting our Nation's and Allies' missions. They will take ACTION by providing mission operations support, technical services, and innovative solutions by leveraging their talented workforce. By doing so, they contribute to making the world a better, safe, and more productive place.
As Senior Logistics Analyst, this individual will work closely with multiple Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) International Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML). Their main goal is to address transportation issues and perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and/or support equipment programs facilitating Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) transportation.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing logistics strategies to ensure secure transportation of materials across different regions. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Analyzing the feasibility of different transportation options for high-value, sensitive, and classified materials.
- Providing technical expertise to evaluate the effectiveness of transportation processes used by our allies. Based on this evaluation, recommending changes as necessary to ensure compliance with U.S. export/import laws and policies.
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute comprehensive transportation plans for classified materials. Ensuring these plans adhere to all applicable regulations.
- Ensuring timely delivery of essential goods through effective management of logistics networks and transportation channels.
- Coordinating the movement of Special Assignment Airlift Missions (SAAM) flights and channel airlifts to transport vital resources where needed. Supporting the Program Office in acquiring new business, developing FMS or Security Cooperation cases, and providing ongoing support.
- Attending meetings with the Program Office and ally partners to provide expert briefings and updates on critical transportation matters. Participating in regular reviews of program activities and contributing valuable insights at every step.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and over 10 years of professional experience is highly desirable. Having a valid active Secret or Interim Secret clearance is mandatory. Funding approval is required for this position.
- The average salary range for this role falls between $105,500 and $118,600 annually, based on factors like location and experience.
