About the Role

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing front desk operations, including receiving and sorting mail, handling packages and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
