About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure products are properly tagged, hung, and secured.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and monitor productivity to coach as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with customers to provide a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including the backroom area, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor and address priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
