As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will deliver exceptional service to clients, representing the Bank and ensuring transactions are processed with accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve guiding clients towards their financial objectives by actively promoting Bank products and services through both in-person interactions and telephone communications. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
  • Prior experience as a Teller is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities; foundational skills in mathematics, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships; exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • NOTE: Candidates with higher levels of experience may be considered for a more advanced role within the same position.

Compensation and Benefits:
