We are seeking a highly skilled Pipefitter/Welder Specialist to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant piping systems and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, install, and assemble piping systems for industrial equipment, applying safe work practices and policies.
- Demonstrate professional competency and workmanship in the execution of maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to the improvement of plant equipment safety, performance, and reliability.
- Manage time and resources allocated to each job, applying best housekeeping practices.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years' experience in a relevant maintenance position, or equivalent education and training.
- Competitive starting pay: $39.70 (Level 1) and $41.27 (Level 2) after 120 days, with shift pay and bonus opportunities.

- Ability to join our Emergency Response Team with Firefighter Credentials.
