We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure and improve process efficiency.
- Provide expertise in manufacturing process improvement and new process development, including support for maintenance personnel in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Standard Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing Process and Lean/Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment, including evaluation, selection, and application of new technology.
- Drive improvements in machine and process uptimes through data-driven analysis and process optimization.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis methods to evaluate test results and ensure process performance targets are met.
- Background in an industrial setting, preferably manufacturing and/or production.
- Experience conducting time/motion studies.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Process background, New Product Introduction, Procedure Development, and Training Development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related field.
