Position Overview
Join our team as a Territory Sales Associate and enjoy the chance to operate our signature delivery vehicle. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and distributing frozen food products to our loyal customers while fostering strong relationships to enhance and expand your delivery route.
Compensation and Benefits
We are excited to offer a competitive salary range of $44,000 - $47,000 annually (which includes a daily rate of $140 plus commission). Additionally, for the first 12 weeks, you will receive protected pay at $920 per week. There are also various incentives and bonuses available based on your sales performance.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 9 AM and concluding around 6 PM. Please note that actual working hours may vary based on your specific route.
Training and Development
Upon joining, you will undergo 2-3 weeks of comprehensive, paid training led by experienced leaders who are dedicated to your success, with a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own established delivery route upon completing training.
- Drive sales performance – the more you sell, the higher your earnings.
- Receive incentives for upselling and acquiring new customers.
- Earn monthly bonuses based on your performance metrics.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Enjoy most weekends off while maintaining a consistent schedule averaging 50 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to pass a Federal Department of Transportation drug test and physical examination.
