Aerospace Readiness Inspector

Position Overview:
The Aerospace Readiness Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity of aircraft systems. This position involves thorough inspections and testing of various aircraft components to guarantee safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct flight test installations and perform comprehensive functional testing of aircraft.
- Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify and document any mechanical or electrical faults.
- Execute pre-flight and post-flight inspections, as well as maintenance and modification checks.
- Address and resolve any issues identified during operational testing of deliverable products.
- Verify the quality of work performed and may engage in self-inspection processes.
- Assist in the execution of system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to determine the specifics of assignments aimed at achieving a broad range of objectives.
- Organize and manage personal tasks with guidance from supervisory personnel. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives are met.

Daily Activities:
- Perform inspections, including pre-flight and post-flight checks, and document discrepancies in compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in aviation.
- 1-5 years of experience on the flight line.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills, particularly in hydraulic and fuel systems.
- Previous experience in safety protocols related to flight operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Additional qualifications or experience in relevant areas are advantageous.
