Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Junior or Experienced Product Acceptance Specialists (Level B/C) to become part of the Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify routine product compliance with design specifications.
  • Provide objective evidence of outcomes.
  • Conduct auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities.
  • Identify and document discrepancies.
  • Segregate and manage non-conforming items.
  • Perform preliminary reviews and decisions on non-conformance.
  • Engage in product reviews with customers during verification processes.
  • Identify recurring or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests.

Work Environment:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work at one of the designated locations.

Compliance Requirements:

This position must adhere to export control compliance regulations. To meet these requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is necessary. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
  • 1+ years of experience in product inspection.
  • Physical capability to walk up/down stairs and frequently bend/stoop.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in identifying engineering characteristics on products and using calibrated equipment for measurement and reporting.
  • Experience with the 787 Program.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Leadership experience (formal or informal).

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level B): Education and experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).

Experienced (Level C): Education and experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate + 2 years of related work, Bachelor, etc.).
