Job Overview:
- Indotronix International Corporation is in search of Flight Readiness Technician Inspectors (Level C) to join our Delivery Center team.
- Qualified individuals will be responsible for performing routine final component installations and verifications, alongside operational functional validation testing of systems. Responsibilities include rework, modifications, maintenance, and conducting preflight and post-flight checks for aircraft delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
- Evaluate pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify mechanical and/or electrical faults, documenting any defective components.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, along with inspections of maintenance and modification activities.
- Address identified issues during the operation and testing of deliverable products.
- Ensure the accuracy of work performed.
- Assist in executing system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate own activities with guidance from leads. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
- Must be flexible to work any shift as required by operations.
- Teamwear provided at the designated store.
Basic Qualifications:
- Willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Possession of an FAA Airframe & Power Plant license or the necessary experience to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
- At least 1 year of experience in avionics and/or electrical systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the 787 Program.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Leadership experience, either formal or informal.
- Background in Airline/MRO/Overhaul operations.
- Familiarity with computing and operating systems.
- A&P license is preferred.
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend and climb ladders (maximum height of 6 feet).
- Capability to work in confined spaces.
- Standing for extended periods throughout the day.
Education/Experience:
- Typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and generally 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate's degree plus 2 years of related work, Bachelor's degree, etc.).
