Job Overview:

  • Indotronix International Corporation is in search of Flight Readiness Technician Inspectors (Level C) to join our Delivery Center team.
  • Qualified individuals will be responsible for performing routine final component installations and verifications, alongside operational functional validation testing of systems. Responsibilities include rework, modifications, maintenance, and conducting preflight and post-flight checks for aircraft delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct inspections of flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
  2. Evaluate pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify mechanical and/or electrical faults, documenting any defective components.
  3. Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, along with inspections of maintenance and modification activities.
  4. Address identified issues during the operation and testing of deliverable products.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of work performed.
  6. Assist in executing system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
  7. Plan, schedule, and coordinate own activities with guidance from leads. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
  8. Must be flexible to work any shift as required by operations.
  9. Teamwear provided at the designated store.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
  2. Possession of an FAA Airframe & Power Plant license or the necessary experience to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in avionics and/or electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with the 787 Program.
  2. Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  3. Leadership experience, either formal or informal.
  4. Background in Airline/MRO/Overhaul operations.
  5. Familiarity with computing and operating systems.
  6. A&P license is preferred.

Preferred Soft Skills:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to bend and climb ladders (maximum height of 6 feet).
  2. Capability to work in confined spaces.
  3. Standing for extended periods throughout the day.

Education/Experience:

  • Typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and generally 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate's degree plus 2 years of related work, Bachelor's degree, etc.).
