Operations Leadership Manager

About the Role
As an Operations Leadership Manager at CLEAR, you will lead daily floor operations in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility is to drive security, customer service, and sales while managing a team to meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures with the highest levels of security and integrity.
- Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
- Manage shift briefings, debriefs, huddles, and changes, breaks, and rotations.
- Coach and mentor team members to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
- Oversee asset control and devices.
- Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA, and airline community.
- Manage incident prevention and responses.
- Attend station management team meetings.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Availability to work a non-traditional schedule.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience.
