Redwoods Leadership Development Opportunity

DaVita is a community-first and company-second healthcare provider seeking a highly motivated individual to participate in our Redwoods Resident Program.
Program Overview:
- The Redwoods Resident Program is a year-long immersive experience that equips participants with the business and operational skills necessary to succeed in leadership roles within DaVita.
- Participants will have the opportunity to lead and own their business, manage a multi-million dollar P&L, develop a culture, drive clinical results, and discover their own leadership potential.
- Throughout the program, participants will receive feedback and support from three formal mentors, one VP supervisor, several subject experts, and an executive coach.
Key Components:
- Leadership Experience: Participants will take on leadership roles, including responsibility for a team of 15 and potentially up to 300 in their first year on the job.
- P&L Ownership: Participants will have the opportunity to own and operate a $4 million P&L within four months through a leadership practicum as a clinic manager.
- Executive Coaching & Mentorship: Participants will receive feedback and coaching from senior leaders, executive and peer mentors, and an executive coach.
- Cohort Experience: Participants will join a cohort of 20+ recent MBA graduates, building their network and learning together throughout the program.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $142,000-$162,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
