We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer and verify medications, tracking their use and effects
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents
- Track residents' medical records and charts
- Assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintain a proper inventory of medical supplies
- Adhere to resident care plans and work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High School diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
- Competitive hourly pay range: $41-$53
