As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Delivering treatments and administering medications
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educating residents and family members about best care options
- Monitoring medical equipment and ensuring staff compliance with nursing standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
