Certified Nursing Assistant

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to residents in post-acute facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
- Observing the conditions of residents during your shift and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team
- Serving meals to residents and helping to feed them as needed
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping resident rooms clean, changing linens, and ensuring a hygienic environment
- Serving as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicating with visitors
- Moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and repositioning them as needed
- Offering a compassionate ear to residents and providing much-valued companionship
As a CNA at IntelyCare, you can expect a competitive hourly pay range of $24-$33, customized pay periods, and the ability to choose from a variety of shifts at top-notch facilities in your area. You will also have access to:
