Your Role
The Engineering Team Lead will oversee engineering projects, providing essential technical guidance and managing design teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring project success through effective resource management and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and establish design fees.
- Prepare and manage work plans for engineering and production teams.
- Supervise Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff on assigned projects.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding project deliverables and support needs.
- Lead the Engineering CAC efforts and collaborate with project management.
- Resolve complex engineering challenges, including design conflicts and material suitability.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and attend project design meetings.
- Conduct site visits to assess installations and current conditions.
- Perform Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is mandatory.
- Field experience is highly recommended.

- Communication: Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach to deliver exceptional results.
What You Need to Succeed
- In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, calculations, and applicable codes.
- Familiarity with equipment testing and commissioning.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex engineering issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
- General office environment with occasional site visits.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to varying environmental conditions.
