Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Ensure all company assets are secure and maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Embracing new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
