As a Group Exercise Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to instruct group exercise classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels. You will work closely with our fitness team to develop and implement engaging class schedules, create a positive learning environment, and foster strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct group exercise classes for YMCA members

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and engage participants, and a passion for promoting physical activity and wellness in our community.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
