We are a well-established insurance inspection company operating throughout the southeastern United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to represent our services on Bald Head Island, as our existing representative has experienced a significant increase in workload, indicating the need for additional support in the area.
Position: Field Insurance Inspector on Bald Head Island.
Overview:
- Each completed report offers compensation of $60 or $30 per inspection, with an estimated completion time of about one hour.
- This role is structured as a 1099 position, allowing for flexible scheduling, with the expectation of completing 90% of assignments within a 20-day period.
- Payments are processed bi-monthly for approved accounts (on the 15th and the last working day of the month).
Job Responsibilities:
- Your duties will include reaching out for inspections, conducting interviews, arranging onsite visits, capturing photographs, creating diagrams of the site, and submitting your findings through our online platform.
- Support will be readily available for managing challenging accounts or agencies; our review team is committed to providing assistance and guidance during the initial three months.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a computer with high-speed internet access, a digital camera, and a measuring wheel.
- DIAGRAMS: County records are acceptable when available; a physical diagram is only necessary when multiple buildings are located at the same site.
