Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will play a key role in assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. You will utilize your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast's products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities and increase their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and handle all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Align with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
