About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Verizon Communications, Inc. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with products and solutions that meet their needs and simplify their lives.
  • Create personal connections with customers to make technology look simple and accessible.
  • Generate sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service skills.
  • Help customers enjoy the best features of their new products and ensure they are using them effectively.
  • Exceed sales targets in a team-based compensation environment.
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties, as well as support other Verizon stores as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • One or more years of work experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as additional shifts as needed.
